Volumetric type quantitative filling system The volumetric type quantitative filling system for oil can filling uses a non-contact precision method. Oil flows into the measuring cup through a control valve according to the preset volume, while cans are guided into position by the conveyor belt, screw, and star wheel. Once the exact amount is reached, the control valve closes automatically under time control, ensuring consistent measurement. To prevent dripping, a cylinder blows any residual oil from the valve outlet into the cans. After filling is complete, the cans are transferred to the seaming unit for secure closure. |
