Main Components and Functions

 

1. Glass Bottle Stack Conveyor: Forklifts transport pallets loaded with stacked empty glass bottles and place them onto the pallet conveyor, which can hold up to two glass bottle stacks. The conveyor then transports the pallets to the main machine’s pallet lifting platform. The conveyor’s drive motor is controlled by a speed regulator, allowing it to start gradually from a stop to avoid the risk of tipping empty glass bottles due to sudden starts.

2. Empty Glass Bottle Pallet Lifting Platform (Main Machine Chamber): A chain-frame lifting system raises the glass bottle stacks with a self-locking lift design, providing layer-by-layer lifting and positioning, powered by a motor. The platform unloads glass bottles layer by layer. The three inner walls are made of SUS304 stainless steel plates. The pallet lifting platform raises the positioned empty glass bottle pallets to the unloading height; after unloading, the empty pallets are lowered back onto the conveyor. All lifting and lowering movements are controlled by the self-locking lift system, with adjustable speed for both directions to match operational needs.

3. Empty Glass Bottle Unloading Device: The mesh chain platform measures 2.83 meters high, 1.2 meters wide, and 3 meters long, equipped with high-quality plastic steel mesh chains. Using a cylinder-driven pushing device, a full layer of empty glass bottles is pushed onto the mesh conveyor, then the pusher returns to its original position. The glass bottles on the mesh conveyor are then driven by a motor onto the conveyor chain, while the pusher continues to push out the next layer for unloading.

4. Empty Pallet Conveyor: Guides the empty pallets outwards for forklift removal.

5. Operator Walkway: Equipped with stairs and guardrails, with a 2mm thick patterned floor plate. The structure is safe and convenient for operators to use and maintain equipment, while also effectively protecting personnel safety.
