MIC-2406/3608 Sauce Can Filling Sealing Machine

This machine is suitable for the filling and sealing cans(tinplate)of materials such as jam, ketchup, chili sauce, condensed milk, etc., which have sticky, high concentration, pulp or granule. The production capacity of 80-400 cans per minute is the preferred product of a certain scale canned food factory.

The whole machine is divided into two positions, filling and sealing, filling is the principle of piston filling, the liquid level is controlled by quantitative form, and the material temperature is usually filled with high temperature.

Machine Principle

The empty cans are separated by the can-in screw rotate into the filling machine  under the can-in dialing plate driving, the filling valve piston extrude the material controlled by the CAM from the filling valve to the can, then the piston raise along the CAM angle continue to abstract the material from the barrel to start the next filling. After the filling process, the cans will be sent to the cap falling-down device by the hook chain. After the cap falling-down device can detect the cans, it falls cap down, and deliver the can to the seaming machine. Then the cans supported by the plate and are sealed. Finally it is delivered by the conveyor.

Machine Features

1. The sealing machine head seal uses the biaxial structure: the feed amount of the first and second roller can be adjusted and controlled separately.
