MIC-300/400/600 Empty Can Washer

This machine is suitable for cans automatic washing which outer packages material is PE, tinplate,auluminium.The production capacity is 0-300cans per minute,which is a certain scale beverage factory, canning food factory's first choice product.

The washing machine is a drop type, the structure divide into upper stranded cage, washing box, under stranded cage.

Machine Principle

This washing machine uses together with the empty cans depalletizer, the empty cans enter into the washing machine stranded cage from the depalletizer convey, the cans under the double action of the convey thrusting and its’self weight overturn 180 degrees, let the can mouth face down to continue silding into the washing box. In the box there is a up water jet to directly wash the cans’ inwall,then the cans silde down to the under stranded cage to overturn 180degrees, the can mouth upper enter into a subsequent connective convey.
