Detection Principle
During detection, the rotating structure moves the container to the detection station. After positioning, a sealing device that matches the container seals it. Once sealed, a vacuum test is performed. The vacuum curve inside the sealed container is continuously monitored for changes. Containers with normal vacuum sealing and abnormal vacuum curves show clear differences. The threshold for defective products can be set via the touchscreen to achieve controlled detection and removal of defective products.
Depending on the container, the vacuum pressure difference of leaking containers ranges from 5-30 kPa. The detection repetition accuracy of 0.5 kPa easily detects defective products.
