Product Features
1. Equipped with an advanced microcomputer control system for stable performance.
2. Uses infrared heating lamps with strong penetration; preforms rotate for even heating while the heating track rotates simultaneously for fast and consistent results.
3. Adjustable lamp positions and reflector height/width in the heating zone accommodate various preform types, with an automatic temperature exhaust system to maintain constant oven temperature.
4. Each mechanical movement includes a safety interlocking system; if any fault occurs, the program automatically switches to a safe mode.
5. All key actions are powered by servo systems—stretching servo, shifting servo, clamping servo, preform-loading servo, and bottle-removal servo—offering energy savings, improved stability, and extremely precise motion control compared to traditional cylinders.
6. High-pressure double-toggle clamping system delivers strong locking force. This mechanism is independently developed by our company and holds a national design patent.
7. Supports both manual and automatic operating modes.
8. Unique valve-position design; all blowing valves and air-control valves use well-known domestic or imported brands, ensuring safe, reliable quality and a clear, easy-to-maintain air circuit.
9. Fully automatic production workflow reduces investment, increases efficiency, simplifies operation and maintenance, and improves overall safety.
10. Mold comes with an optimized cooling system to achieve excellent cooling performance.
11. Machine is equipped with an independent air dryer, filters, and dual-stage air purification.
